• Drive the product lifecycle from ideation, roadmap planning, launch, to post-launch growth for digital asset marketplaces
• Own the user experience for retail and institutional customers on the platform
• Synthesize user feedback into actionable product improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Business, Legal, and Marketing teams
• Analyze product workflows to predict and mitigate complex issues while developing scalable solutions

• 5+ years working in product for a Fin Tech, blockchain, or crypto company
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and digital wallet functionality
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience with in digital marketplaces or traditional financial markets
• Ability to synthesize complex data or user research into accessible insights for various stakeholders
• Proven ability to prioritize consumer interests in product decisions
• Experience evaluating the success or failure of features using data to guide decisions
