Pricing Analyst

• Partner with Clinical, Operations, and Product teams to define reporting requirements and design data-driven solutions
• Build and deliver comprehensive PBM pricing analytics and regulatory compliance reports
• Develop dashboards, queries, and reporting models to enhance operational scalability
• Maintain and govern pricing data assets, ensuring data integrity through validation processes
• Serve as the subject matter expert on PBM data architecture and guide teams on best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis and reporting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
• SQL programming knowledge and experience
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare, insurance, or PBM industry
• Python programming knowledge and experience
• Experience with database management
