- Develop a product vision for Effects Planning in collaboration with customers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform the product backlog and roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Effects Planning functionality
- Write clear user stories to guide the team in delivering user value each sprint
- Engage stakeholders throughout the innovation process and advocate for customer problem-solving
- Experience collaborating with tech leads, designers, and domain experts to create user-friendly experiences
- Experience working with data scientists to integrate AI into product pipelines
- Proven ability to work with leadership and stakeholders to solve complex problems
- Familiarity with Product Management tools and methodologies, including rapid prototyping
- Experience working in scrum or kanban environments on cross-functional teams
- Experience creating products for government users, especially in technology-limited environments
- Knowledge of advanced analytics, natural language processing, and generative AI
- Interest in supporting US government missions against foreign adversary propaganda and disinformation
