Customer Success Manager
Permanent Full‑time – Singapore, Hong Kong or Tokyo
Role OverviewAs our second APAC Customer Success Manager, you will support our local expansion, overseeing post‑sales activities in the region. You’ll ensure our enterprise customers receive outstanding service, becoming a trusted advisor who deeply understands their business and helps them maximize Kiln’s products and services.
Responsibilities- Understand clients’ technical set‑up and business, and identify best ways to serve them.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption.
- Act as the liaison between customers and technical teams to facilitate efficient product implementation and customization.
- Keep customers informed of upcoming product updates and enhancements; gather feedback and work with product development to incorporate customer insights.
- Address technical challenges and provide timely, effective solutions while advocating for the customer within the organization.
- Lead quarterly reviews with key stakeholders to discuss product performance, business needs and align services.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives and other GTM team members.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B customer success, account management, or a similar role in the technology sector, preferably in blockchain or fintech.
- Mandarin and English language proficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of blockchain technology and its use‑cases.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Additional language skills.
- Technical or engineering background.
- Experience in a fast‑growing, early‑stage company.
- Experience in Web3 / crypto / blockchain industry.
