As a Senior Consultant you will conceptually design complex consulting projects in Microsoft 365 and help clients achieve optimal implementations. You take responsibility for the conception and architecture of large Microsoft 365 projects and continuously develop our know‑how and offerings with the Modern Workplace Consultant team.

• Support sales during presales, help with proposal creation and customer discussions.
• Coordinate and coach junior consultants and external project members.
• Network and collaborate closely with vendor contacts.
• Optimize and further develop solutions for customers.

• Relevant experience in the M365 environment.
• Strong analysis of requirements and systems and advising clients on the path to a modern workplace with Microsoft 365.
• Interest in Microsoft 365 Security topics such as M365 E5 Security, Zero Trust, Microsoft Defender Platform, Identity Security, Entra , MFA technologies.
• Excellent Microsoft 365 architectural and technical knowledge as well as application and workflow knowledge.
• Strong engagement, teamwork, communication, structured and self‑responsible work style.
• Solution oriented, learning‑ready, high standards for tech environment.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
