Would you like to play an active role in our success story? In your role as Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE (m/f/x), you will be responsible for the functional and technical architecture of marketing, sales, and service processes within a defined customer portfolio. You will be a central pillar of our service delivery model - and the technical conscience for your customers.

You will bring in-depth expertise in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE application and the associated business processes. You will apply this knowledge in a targeted manner – whether in the creation of functional design documents, the development of statements of work for cost estimation, or the implementation of customer and requirements workshops.

Your profile:

• Many years of professional experience as a solution architect on Dynamics D365 CE and its predecessor versions
• Excellent knowledge of marketing, sales, service, and field service processes
• Several years of experience in consulting on business solutions to anticipate customer needs
• Training and further education as a business IT specialist or software engineer
• Knowledge of agile/Scrum process models and the use of Dev Ops/JIRA
• Business fluent written and spoken English and German
• High quality awareness, strong customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Moderate willingness to travel
