Would you like to play an active role in our success story? In your role as Customer Insights Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (m/f/x), you will support companies in improving their customer relationships through data-driven insights. You will analyze customer requirements, design customized solutions based on Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, and support their implementation. You will work closely with internal teams (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, SAP) and customers to integrate data sources, create segmentations, and enable personalized customer journeys.

In addition, you will conduct workshops, create technical and functional documentation, and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of marketing, sales, and service processes. You will also provide support for presales activities and quotation preparation.

• A degree in business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in consulting or implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, especially Customer Insights
• The ability to respond to customers and convey your ideas as real added value—not just “functions & features” but targeted customer experiences
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and customer focus
• Very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
