We are looking for a versatile and proactive Product Experience Designer to join our lean product team. As the sole product designer, you will own the entire design process end-to-end: from initial user research and strategy, through high-fidelity user experience designs and outcomes. You will report to the Head of Product.
Responsibilities- User research: Create periodic user research efforts and feedback loops in collaboration with product managers and business stakeholders to deeply understand pain points and high-value interactions across our user base.
- Experience design: Lead user experience journey mapping, design sprints, and service blueprint exercises to anchor product development, decision making, and prioritization.
- Artifact creation: Produce high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design artifacts that align with product development requirements and user needs.
- Design system: Own our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency across all product touchpoints.
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Demonstrated experience planning, conducting, and synthesizing user research.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and cross‑functional skills across teams (product, engineering, sales).
- Expert-level proficiency with design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience with usability testing to validate designs and collect user feedback.
- Experience collaborating with marketing and brand on go-to‑market activities.

Salary range: $59,600 – $89,400 (attributable to experience).
