Performance Test Lead

Qualitest is seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to take ownership of end-to-end performance testing for complex applications across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and infrastructure experts to define performance goals and ensure systems meet the highest standards under load. If you have a passion for performance optimization, deep expertise in Load Runner, and hands‑on experience with cloud monitoring tools, this role is perfect for you.

This is full‑time & fully remote position.

• Partner with business owners, developers, and infrastructure teams to capture and define clear, actionable performance requirements and SLAs.
• Develop comprehensive performance test strategies and detailed test plans, proactively identifying risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation approaches.
• Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of performance testing, including planning, scripting, execution, analysis, and detailed reporting.
• Manage, mentor, and delegate testing tasks within the team to ensure quality and timely delivery of results.
• Execute hands‑on performance testing primarily using Load Runner; familiarity with JMeter and Neo Load is a plus.
• Leverage performance monitoring and diagnostics tools – especially Dynatrace – to build insightful dashboards and track key performance metrics.
• Design and implement sophisticated test scripts for Web applications (Pega, Salesforce), REST/SOAP services, and API-based architectures.
• Utilize AWS services such as Cloud Watch, EC2, RDS, and S3 for performance validation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Validate and optimize performance of Mule Soft APIs and integration layers.
• Lead initiatives to evaluate and migrate performance testing tools, conducting proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) to select tools aligned with the organization’s technology ecosystem.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to troubleshoot issues, provide actionable insights, and continuously improve performance testing processes.
• Bring expertise in distributed systems testing, CI/CD pipeline integration, and test automation frameworks (preferred).

• Proven expertise in end‑to‑end performance testing and stakeholder management.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Load Runner.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud Watch and Dynatrace for performance monitoring.

Experience with JMeter and Neo Load.
