• Advise new and existing clients on SAP TM solutions and actively contribute throughout all project phases—from implementation to testing.
• Optimize and enhance existing processes in alignment with SAP TM standards to ensure efficient customer support.
• Develop and evaluate IT solution concepts, including hands‑on implementation through customizing.
• Prepare process documentation, presentations, and deliver both internal and external training sessions.
• Support pre‑sales activities and help build lasting customer relationships.

• At least 3 years of professional experience with SAP TM; customizing experience is an advantage.
• Practical experience or exposure to SAP TM projects, with a strong understanding of logistics processes.
• A completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Logistics, or equivalent relevant training.
• A communicative, proactive, and team‑oriented personality who enjoys working with clients.
• Fluent in German and English.
