Bluefish is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and full-stack Product Marketer to own and lead the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle for our SaaS platform. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and executing our GTM strategy—from market research and segmentation, positioning and messaging, to launch planning, demand generation, sales enablement, and post-launch performance analysis. You will shape how our product is perceived in the market and drive awareness, engagement, and adoption through compelling, customer-centric narratives and cross-functional marketing initiatives.
As both a strategic storyteller and hands-on executor, you will serve as the connective tissue between product, sales, customer success, and the market. You’ll conduct competitive analysis and customer research to inform product positioning, craft go-to-market plans for new features and product launches, build and run integrated campaigns, and arm our revenue teams with the tools they need to win. You’ll continuously measure performance, generate insights, and iterate to improve results—all while working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B SaaS product marketing, thrives in ambiguity, and is passionate about owning the full GTM lifecycle to translate complex technology into clear, differentiated customer value.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategyfor new products and features, partnering closely with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Craft compelling messaging and positioningthat differentiates Bluefish in the AI marketing tech landscape and resonates with our target personas.
- Build and maintain product marketing collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, website copy, blog content, case studies, and more.
- Drive product launchesend-to-end, including planning, internal enablement, external messaging, and campaign execution.
- Enable the sales teamwith training, messaging, competitive insights, and tools that help them win.
- Gather and analyze customer, competitor, and market insights, and translate them into actionable strategies to influence both product roadmap and marketing campaigns.
- Partner with product managementto shape product direction based on market and customer feedback.
- Establish and track metricsto evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize for impact.
What you Bring:
- 5+ years of experiencein product marketing or a closely related role, ideally within B2B SaaS startups.
- Proven success indeveloping GTM strategiesand executing high-impact product launches in fast-paced environments.
- Strong storytelling skillswith the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively across different channels and audiences.
- Deep understanding ofcustomer personas, buyer journeys, and SaaS sales cycles.
- Demonstrated ability tocollaborate cross-functionally, especially with product, sales, and customer success teams.
- Experience withcompetitive analysis, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement tools.
- Passion for customer-centricity and arelentless drive to understand user needsand market dynamics.
- Self-starter mindsetwith a bias toward action, eager to build processes and content from the ground up.
- Experience in AI-driven or marketing tech platforms is a strong plus.
