Join Solution Inn as a Marketing & Sales Intern – and help students discover smarter study solutions! This is a remote role perfect for undergrads who are self-motivated, creative, and excited to grow in the marketing or sales world.
Job Responsibilities
- Marketing, Content & Campaign Support
- Support the marketing team daily and contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions for innovative social media, paid ads, and promotional campaigns
- Plan and create engaging content — social posts, short videos, memes, newsletters, and more
- Record short-form video content (Tik Toks, Reels, Stories) showcasing how Solution Inn helps students
- Draft and schedule posts across platforms like Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, and Tik Tok
- Help with planning and execution of future campaigns and on-campus promotions
- Actively reach out to student creators and micro-influencers for our Affiliate Program to grow our network and drive new sign-ups
- Drive sign-ups and conversions by promoting Solution Inn’s platform to your friends, classmates, clubs, and student communities
- Use sales tools like Hub Spot, Linked In, Apollo to find and follow up with leads
- Earn commission on successful referrals and bonuses for top performance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse student groups in person and online.
- Ability to build relationships and encourage participation in programs.
- Awareness of campus trends and student interests.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.).
- Highly motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about community building.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student and actively involved in the communities.
- Undergraduates from all majors encouraged to apply.
- Real-world marketing & sales experience at a fast-paced Ed-tech startup
- Learn top tools like Hub Spot, Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Google Analytics
- Work closely with a remote marketing team
- Resume-building experience in sales, digital marketing, and content creation
- Performance-based commission + bonus opportunities
