About the Role
We’re hiring for our Client Service team—the revenue engine of our business. The CS team combines project delivery, account management, network management, and product management in one team. This leads to dynamic career growth as your skill set evolves to be an executive capable of scaling teams and running P&Ls.
This role is open only to candidates with prior experience in the primary research industry

You’ll join our Interpretation team and serve our client base which includes expert networks, investment funds, consulting firms, and market research firms.
- Scope client needs, confirm pricing, and manage delivery timelines
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and exceed expectations
- Balance workloads and bandwidth across a distributed team
- Train and mentor new joiners
- Evaluate and expand your linguist network to maintain quality coverage
- Generate and document ideas for process improvement
- Serve as the main point of contact for repeat clients
- Track product performance, prepare forecasts, and share insights with leadership
You thrive in fast-paced, client-facing roles and understand the rhythm of primary research — juggling multiple clients, managing urgency, and finding creative solutions under pressure.
Must-haves- At least six months of experience at a primary research firm
- Exceptional English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities
- Proven attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM or workflow tools (Salesforce, Slack, etc.)
- A mindset that combines client empathy, ownership, and operational excellence
- Fully remote (WFH)— work from anywhere

- Expect one annual company offsite and 1–3 client-centric trips per year

Associate if your experience in primary research was < 2 years (client-facing) or 2+ in a non-client-facing capacity.
Senior Associate if you’ve had 2+ years of client-facing roles in primary research
Manager if you’ve led client service teams before in a primary research company
