We’re looking for someone like you to join our growing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team. We support a variety of data solutions and seek individuals with data expertise to enhance our SRE team.

• Act as a technical escalation point for unresolved data platform issues in the SRE Pod(s).
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot databases/data warehouses and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure efficient data flow and transformation.
• Develop and maintain accurate technical documentation in the form of operational runbooks.
• Perform standard pre-approved changes within the scope of our client's Change Management Process (e.g., new users).
• Use Ensono’s helpdesk and work tracking systems to maintain logs of all support requests and incidents, and improve these processes, both technically and through stakeholder management.
• Participate in the process for, and proactively mitigate risks in a security management process (vulnerabilities in code, infrastructure, dependencies) aligned to Ensono’s and our clients’ compliance objectives.
• Engage with suppliers and third parties for support, requests and opportunities, managing the relationship to ensure our clients get the best value for their services.

• +3 years of working experience as an SRE.
• Solid experience in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure Dev Ops.
• Troubleshooting issues and identifying systemic failings indicated by incidents or failures.
• Implementing fixes and proposing solutions to reduce toil.
• SRE Foundation certificate (Dev Ops Institute) and a cloud provider associate‑level certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) highly beneficial.
• Experience in IDAM (Forge Rock; Ping) and API management tools such as Kong highly beneficial.

• Access to advanced tools: hands‑on experience with state‑of‑the‑art data platforms, tools and technologies.
• Mentorship and collaboration: work with experienced data professionals eager to share knowledge.
• Microsoft Security and Compliance tooling.
• Dev Ops approaches: infrastructure, configuration, pipelines as code, CI/CD with Azure Dev Ops, Git Hub Actions, etc.
• International standards: ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 20000‑1, ISO 9001.
• Robotic Process Automation:
  Logic Apps and Power Automate.
• Development tools:
  Azure Dev Ops, Visual Studio, Jet Brains.
• Cloud platforms:
  Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Productivity tools:
  Atlassian Suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence).
• 100 % remote work.
