We’re searching for a skilled QA Analyst who is passionate about delivering high-quality SaaS experiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping product quality across our platform — validating releases, triaging complex customer-reported issues, and introducing automation that enables our teams to ship with confidence.

What You’ll Do- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support to build proactive test plans for new features
- Execute manual testing to ensure functionality, usability, and performance
- Triage Tier 3 escalations — reproducing, documenting, and prioritizing issues
- Validate bugs and fixes post-release to prevent regressions
Partner with Customer Support + Customer Success before features ship to ensure readiness - Contribute in sprint ceremonies and product lifecycle discussions
- Recommend new QA tooling, best practices, and automation opportunities
- (Bonus!) Build and maintain automated tests using tools like Cypress or Playwright
- 3–5 years of QA engineering or manual SaaS testing experience
- Strong understanding of test planning + QA methodologies
- Comfortable working with agile, remote-first teams
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Bonus:
Experience with test automation and API validation (Postman, Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
- Strong test coverage and fewer production issues
- Faster reproduction and resolution of incoming bugs
- Improved release confidence and collaboration across teams
- Experience with large-scale SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with React-based applications, cloud environments (AWS/GCP), and relational databases
- Interest in influencing long-term QA strategy and tooling

The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 95,000 USD per year (Remote (Dallas, Texas, US))
