We’re hiring a Senior Python Developer not to build faster APIs — but to make sure those messages, those gestures, those moments… never miss.
What You’ll Work On- Modular, event-driven Python microservices
- Kafka pipelines that move emotion across systems
- Clean, fast, and resilient Postgre
SQL architecture - Voice bots, chatbots, and real-time logistics infrastructure
- Production-ready deployments using FastAPI, Docker, OpenAI, Lang Chain, VAPI, Twilio, Eleven Labs, and more
- Architect and build Python services from scratch
- Design Kafka-based real-time data pipelines
- Optimize and maintain Postgre
SQL for speed and reliability - Collaborate with Product, Dev Ops, and QA to ship impactful features
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Contribute to a high-trust, high-output engineering culture
- 5+ years of Python backend experience
- Strong background in microservices and event-driven systems
- Deep experience with Kafka, Rabbit
MQ, or Redis Streams - Experience with Django and/or FastAPI
- Knowledge of REST APIs, CI/CD, and Linux environments
- Bonus:
Docker, Kubernetes, observability tools, experience with high-scale environments
