We are looking for an AI Application Engineer based in Latin America to work on a long-term project for one of our clients, a Software Development company based in Atlanta, Georgia.
Our client is building a secure, bank-grade AI infrastructure and developing cutting-edge applications designed to power the next generation of modern banking and financial services.
The person in this role will be responsible for designing, creating, and improving AI agents and orchestration for our client’s customers.
Responsibilities
- Architect agent frameworks capable of reasoning across multiple steps and data sources.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to understand reasoning needs, workflows, and tool integration requirements.
- Design planning and decision-making loops that integrate retrieval, tool use, and external APIs.
- Implement strategies for multi-hop reasoning, synthesis, and constraint-based problem-solving.
- Ensure retrieval outputs are structured for optimal reasoning use.
- Evaluate agent performance across reasoning benchmarks, accuracy metrics, and task completion rates.
- Guide engineering teams on agent orchestration platforms and best practices.
- Maintain playbooks and reusable reasoning templates for client-specific workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced Level of English
- 2+ years of experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems or complex orchestration flows.
- 2+ years of experience applying reasoning patterns such as chain-of-thought, self-critique, and reflection loops.
- 3+ years of experience working with Python and hands-on experience with modern agent frameworks such as Lang Chain, Pydantic
AI, Auto Gen, or Semantic Kernel. - 2+ years of experience with LLM integration patterns with tools, APIs, and knowledge bases to enable dynamic and context-aware reasoning.
- Ability to translate client problem requirements into modular reasoning flows.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and client-facing collaboration.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering or related fields.
