Job Overview
We are looking for a Director Real Estate Finance to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of these AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Pay and BenefitsBase pay: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr.
- Full-time or part-time REMOTE position.
- You’ll choose projects and work on your own schedule.
- Hourly rate $50‑60 USD plus bonuses for high quality and high volume work.
- Payment via Pay Pal; no upfront fees.
- Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs.
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
- Detail-oriented.
- Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related financial reasoning.
- Current, in progress, or completed Masters and/or PhD preferred.
