Veeam Quality Assurance team invites you to work on Veeam products with Veeam QA professionals in the Poland R&D office.

• Support/maintenance/troubleshooting of virtualization infrastructure – Vmware mainly, some Hyper‑V and KVM based virtualization solutions (Proxmox, XCP‑ng)
• Remote support/maintenance/troubleshooting of enterprise‑grade hardware:
  Server hardware (Generic IPMI/iDRAC/iLO);
  Data Storage Systems (DAS, iSCSI, FC, NVMEoF)
• Support/maintenance/troubleshooting of foundational infrastructure services: DHCP, DNS, MS AD
• Communicating with other participants of the product development and testing process regarding technical issues (HW/SW related)
• Tasks and procedures optimization and automation
• Proactive research of new approaches and solutions
• Writing and keeping up to date internal KB articles
• Monitoring services management and maintenance (Zabbix, Vmware Aria for logs/Operations)
• Support/maintenance/troubleshooting of local backup solutions (V )
• Keeping asset information up to date

• VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper‑V
• Microsoft AD/Entra
• Power Shell, Python
• Windows, Linux, Unix

• Technical education or passion for technology
• 2 plus years on similar position
• English proficiency for daily communication within international teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft software stack and key technologies (Windows Server, Hyper‑V, AD, DNS, DHCP)
• Administration experience of VMware vSphere products or KVM based virtualization solutions
• Experience in implementing new services/software solutions
• Scripting experience (Power Shell/Python)

• Deep knowledge of VMware vSphere product line (ESXi, vCenter)
• KVM based virtualization administrating experience
• Linux administrating experience, bash scripting, advanced knowledge of Linux OS.
• Monitoring/observability tools setup and maintenance (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with Ansible/Terraform
