Chemical Engineer - AI Trainer
We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our team as an AI Trainer. In this role you will train AI models on complex chemistry questions, evaluate their logic, and improve model quality.

- Paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high‑quality, high‑volume work
- Create complex chemistry questions for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
- Assess the correctness and performance of AI model outputs
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail‑oriented
- Solid knowledge of general, organic, and physical chemistry concepts
- Master’s and/or PhD preferred but not required
Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask for any money from you. Pay Pal will handle any currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered for this role. This is an independent contract position.
