Business Development Manager

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager who will support digital outreach, marketing campaigns, content strategy, and lead generation. You’ll play a hand-on role in building client relationships, managing growth pipelines and advancing Green Fi’s mission in the climate action space. This is a dynamic, learning-rich internship opportunity ideal for candidates interested in business development, marketing, ESG and sustainability-focused innovation.

1. Campaigns & Client Engagement:

• Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring digital marketing and outreach campaigns
• Manage lead generation, CRM tracking and engagement funnels
• Support sales pipeline creation, opportunity mapping, and revenue forecasting

2. Content & Branding:

• Prepare content for blogs, social media, email campaigns and reports
• Assist in developing branding and messaging aligned with our sustainability mission
• Contribute to A/B testing and campaign optimisation to increase visibility and lead conversion

3. Operational & Digital Marketing Support:

• Help oversee campaign budgets and performance analytics
• Maintain and update CRM systems and digital marketing tools (e.g. Hub Spot, Salesforce, Canva, Apollo, Instantly)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Go-To-Market (GTM) execution and reporting
• Submission of Tenders/ RFP’s

• Strong communication & storytelling skills especially in writing clear, concise and impactful content
• Deep interest in climate action, ESG and sustainability
• Motivated, organised and able to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
• Experience (or keen interest) in digital marketing, social media and B2B campaigns
• Bonus:
  Familiarity with email tools (e.g. Instantly, Apollo), CRM software and growth analytics
