This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You will train AI models, measure progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality. To apply, proficiency in at least one programming language is required (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift). You should be able to explain how your solution solves coding problems (e.g., Leet Code, Hacker Rank).

• Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
• A current, in progress, or completed Bachelor's is preferred but not required

• Projects you want to work on; choose projects and set your own schedule
• Paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
• Remote position

• Payment is via Pay Pal; currency conversions handled by Pay Pal
• Only applicants in the United States will be considered
• This is an independent contract position
