This is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, with some flexibility for remote working (3 days in the office in The City). As a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, developing and maintaining client relationships, business origination and sourcing talent for both retained searches and contingent assignments.

• Ideally, previous experience in recruiting top-quality HR talent across a variety of industry sectors.
• A proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with your customers.
• A strong understanding of the HR profession or relevant professional experience is advantageous.
• The ability to work at pace and deliver successful outcomes for your customers.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model.
