• Partner with recruiting leads and colleagues to execute targeted recruiting strategies
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle while maintaining a focus on candidate experience and transparency
• Draft and post job descriptions that attract a diverse slate of talent
• Conduct recruiter screens and facilitate productive interview debriefs to support hiring decisions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing meaningful updates and insights

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in consulting, corporate, professional services, or executive search
• Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM tools, Linked In Recruiter, and Boolean search

• 6+ years of external or corporate communications experience in B2B, consulting, professional services, or agency environments
• Demonstrated success in media relations and experience collaborating with senior stakeholders
• Industry experience in industrials/manufacturing, financial services, or energy
