Summary

The Recruiting Specialist utilizes software, career websites, and personal networks as sourcing tools to assist with the prospecting of exempt and nonexempt employees. This position contacts individuals for interviews, assesses and analyzes candidates for employment, and assists in the hiring process. The Recruiting Specialist supports the organization to identify qualified talent and ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates and hiring partners.

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in the Eastern or Central time zones.

What you’ll be contributing
  • Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
  • Consult with hiring partners and regional leaders to identify busines recruitment needs.
  • Post and update new positions on company and career websites.
  • Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing strategy for each open position.
  • Manage candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle using our Applicant Tracking System (Success Factors).
  • Build networks and utilize sourcing tools to find qualified passive candidates
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers and HR partners.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate travel accomodations.
  • Prepares and distributes Talent Acquisition reports in a timely fashion and on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Prepare and lead presentations to provide Talent Acquisition updates to stakeholders.
  • Support college recruiting initiatives and other recruiting events.
  • Participates in special projects.
  • Consistently manages a high volume of requisitions.
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
To succeed in this position, you will need
  • Ability to read, write and understand warning labels, instructions, signs, etc.
  • Minimum 4 year degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting or similar HR-related position
  • Minimum 1 year of experience leading recruitment for salaried positions in multiple locations
  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication
  • Professionally represent the company with external constituents
  • Strong customer service orientation and listening skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative and a team player
  • Agility and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent time management and priority-setting skills
  • Adherence to safety requirements, company policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Compensation
  • Compensation: $72,100 - $88,200
  • Eligible for yearly bonus
