What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design and implement a scalable onboarding program that enhances productivity for new hires
  • Develop and manage end-to-end people programs, ensuring consistency in learning and development initiatives
  • Create strategic communications that foster employee engagement and facilitate change management
  • Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Act as an internal consultant to translate leadership ideas into actionable plans that gain cross-functional support
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in People, HR, or Employee Experience functions
  • Proven ability to design and scale onboarding and learning programs for diverse and global work forces
  • Advanced knowledge of project management fundamentals, including risk management and prioritization
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in company-wide communications
  • Proficiency in using data to measure program effectiveness and identify trends
