Overview

Summer Internship in Human Resource Management. This 10-week, hands-on internship provides real-world exposure across Corporate HR at the home office, with opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects and support recruiting and HR business partner initiatives.

Responsibilities Corporate HR
  • Support new hire onboarding activities, including using the onboarding functionality within our HRIS (UKG).
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects and provide general administrative support to the corporate HR team
  • Project work focused on building a manager toolkit, enhancing the onboarding process, and exit interview reporting
  • Audit and enhance 30-60-90 onboarding plans
  • Develop standardized onboarding resources for managers
  • Conduct new hire feedback interviews and summarize trends
  • Support initiatives that elevate the corporate teammate experience
HR Analytics & Process Improvement
  • Conduct exit interview trend analysis
  • Map and document key HR processes
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Strategic Exposure
  • Shadow HR business partner meetings
  • Support the preparation of executive-level people updates
  • Observe and learn how HR influences business decisions
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and sourcing candidates through various channels like Linked In
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, and provide logistical support
  • Learn and utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS), iCIMS
  • Support employment brand activities and special talent acquisition projects
Internship Program Support
  • Serve as a coordinator for the Rollins internship program
  • Assist with intern events and engagement activities
  • Support reporting, documentation, and program logistics

Projects and activities could also include support and projects across the greater HR team.

  • Work Environment:
    Corporate office environment with collaboration across HR and related teams. Onsite at our corporate office located at 2170 Piedmont Rd. Atlanta, GA 30328
  • Hours:

    Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize assignments
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
