* What You’ll Do:
** You will serve as the Workday expert for Talent Acquisition and Core HCM, driving system optimization, compliance, and user experience excellence.
Key responsibilities include:

** Talent Acquisition Essential Functions
*** Serve as the
** subject matter expert
** for Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and compliance standards.
* Recommend and implement
** best‑practice design
** across Workday HCM and TA modules; maintain configurations and system setup.
* Design, maintain, and optimize
** Workday business processes
** with a focus on data protection, regulatory compliance, and performance.
* Demonstrate
** deep, hands‑on expertise
** across all Workday TA business processes—from Candidate Engagement through Hire.
* Partner closely with HR, IT, TA leaders, and cross‑functional teams to
** gather requirements, design enhancements, and drive continuous improvement**.
* Configure, test, validate, and deploy Workday solutions with precision, scalability, and user experience in mind.
* Troubleshoot issues, conduct
** root‑cause analysis**, and deliver corrective actions or system enhancements.
* Document configurations, business processes, and standards for
** training, communication, and audit readiness**.
* Provide guidance, support, and training to HR, TA teams, and HR Technology colleagues.
* Participate in
** Workday projects**, including module implementations, optimization initiatives, and release cycle updates.
* Operate independently in a
** fast‑paced, evolving environment**, adapting to shifting priorities.
* Maintain expertise in Workday release cycles, adopting new features and functionality where impactful.
* Demonstrate strong
** analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
** to advance TA performance and efficiency.

* What You Bring:
**** Education/Experience
** Minimum
Required:
* Bachelors Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business
* Five years of relevant experience
* Three years experience configuring and supporting Workday Preferred:
* Masters Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources or Business##
