We are currently searching for individuals to come on board as an IT Recruiter who is interested in working within the Information Technology sector. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit who will their Recruiting skills to a rapidly growing company. Responsibilities:

  • Locate and attract qualified, potential IT applicants.
  • Communicate with potential applicants via video chat, phone, email, or in-person (when possible).
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates for various positions and within multiple locations of the organization.
  • Building, creating and utilizing recruiting strategies and social media tools designed to identify and source qualified passive candidates.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with universities, colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
  • Assist with the preparation of offer letters and related onboarding functions.
  • Other related functions as deemed necessary.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years in a dedicated IT recruitment role.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with an ability to represent the brand professionally.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working with people.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable sorting through and analyzing large amounts of data to find the ideal target candidate.
  • Ability to talk confidently on the phone and learn about candidates' professional backgrounds.
  • Ability to build a connection with potential candidates over the phone. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
