• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process under the guidance of the Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager
• Build applicant pipelines by identifying candidates and promoting the company’s reputation through networking
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and manage candidate experience
• Conduct interviews and assess qualifications of applicants to match job requirements
• Create weekly activity reports on recruiting metrics and meet departmental goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication skills
• College coursework up to Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Industry certification(s) from institutions such as SHRM, AIRS, or The Recruiter Academy preferred

• Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills and the ability to work with diverse individuals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to make cold calls and effectively evaluate talent
• Knowledge of behavioral health services and autism spectrum disorder
