- Develop, review, and deliver educational content and learning materials in Human Resources and related disciplines.
- Apply subject matter expertise to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, editors, and media developers to produce engaging learning experiences.
- Follow project guidelines, timelines, and quality standards to meet client expectations.
- Contribute to multiple ongoing projects, providing professional input on curriculum development, course materials, and technical resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Master’s degree preferred, along with relevant industry certifications.
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR concepts, organizational development, labor relations, or other related areas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow structured project instructions.
- Familiarity with learning frameworks, such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, is advantageous.
