We’re looking for a People Experience Advisor Intern to join our Shared Services Center in Lisbon and support our global People Experience team. This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern HR practices, contribute to international HR operations, and help shape the future of employee experience at Unit
4.

What You’ll Do

  • Support administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, time and absence, offboarding, document generation, support in payroll tasks, etc.
  • Handle employee queries with professionalism and clarity.
  • Learn and follow standardized operational processes, escalating complex matters to experienced Advisors and Payroll Specialists.
  • Assist with data entry and maintenance in systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help build and maintain process documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with People Experience colleagues across regions to ensure consistency in support delivery.
Qualifications

We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and passionate about people. Even if you don’t check every box, we encourage you to apply.

  • You are currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in HR and a passion for supporting employees.
  • You are detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • You are tech-savvy and comfortable working with MS Office tools.
  • You enjoy working in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
  • You have previous work experience in any area.
  • You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn about the People Experience function and its impact.
