This role will join the People, Skills and Culture Team on the FCAS Programme.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with external FCAS enterprise partners, including Team Tempest, to support strategic workforce and skills-based initiatives.
- Contribute to the identification, mitigation, and de-risking of short-term and long-term critical skills gaps.
- Provide project management support for workforce-related initiatives, including attraction, retention, training, and development activities.
- Support the delivery of externally agreed enterprise milestones and deliverables, including:
- Data collation and analysis

- Contributing to activities that enhance engagement, inclusion, and retention
- Project manage and administer the FCAS programme’s cross-partner secondment process.
- Act as a key point of contact for external partner organisations, supporting the exchange of secondees both into and out of the company.
- Ensure secondment activity aligns with programme objectives, workforce planning priorities, and governance requirements.
- Support the identification and implementation of initiatives to enhance workforce skills and capability within the FCAS programme.
- Contribute to the development of measures aimed at strengthening internal capability and reducing reliance on external skills and internal subject matter experts.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure skills development activity aligns to current and future FCAS programme needs.
