Talent Manager
Overview
This key role provides OD consultancy and interventions and learning & development delivery expertise across our organisation. It is part of our delivery of NHSCFA's People strategy and supports the organisation and its teams in the delivery of their responsibilities.
The role supports the Workforce Development and Inclusion Lead and the team to implement a range of key learning and organisational development projects and supports the development of a learning and inclusive culture.
Responsibilities- Act as operational lead and subject matter expert on learning, inclusivity and organisational development in the workplace, in conjunction with the Workforce Development & Inclusion lead.
- Work collaboratively across the People and Workforce Development team and other stakeholders to explore elements of the People strategy and support the development of a learning and inclusive culture.
- Develop and embed organisational development and learning initiatives using influencing, persuasion and negotiation to obtain insights for project planning and decision making and to recommend interventions and programmes. This may involve overcoming significant barriers in understanding complex processes through developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Significant demonstrable knowledge and experience in an organisational development/learning role.
- Professional qualification in the field of organisational development or learning.
The role requires regular travel to Coventry, London and Newcastle offices. Our team meetings/events are held at our Coventry office.
