This is a full-time hybrid role for a Model and Talent Scout, based in the New York City Metropolitan Area with opportunities for remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and scouting emerging talent, conducting interviews and evaluations, and building relationships with aspiring models, actors, and industry professionals. The Talent Scout will also manage the recruitment process and collaborate with various teams to pair talent with appropriate opportunities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Talent Scouting and Recruiting skills with an eye for identifying potential and assessing abilities
• Strong Communication skills to build relationships with talent and industry professionals
• Hiring and Interviewing skills to manage the recruitment process effectively
• Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple candidates and projects simultaneously
• Ability to work both in-person within the New York City Metropolitan Area and remotely as needed
• Relevant experience in talent management, scouting, casting, or recruitment is preferred
• Passion for the arts, modeling, or entertainment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous
