Position: Candidate/Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist (Temp) - remote

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Proactively support recruiting efforts by identifying potential talent for current and future roles
  • Utilize digital job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to contact potential candidates
  • Maintain clear communication with prospective candidates and business partners
  • Analyze and present hiring-related data and market trends to business partners and leaders
  • Prepare recruiting reports and presentations to demonstrate the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED;
    Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in Recruiting/Talent Acquisition or general marketing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong teamwork skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, including job postings and applicant tracking systems
  • Detail-oriented and analytical with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to adapt to varying tasks and priorities
