The ideal candidate must be capable of working on EST (Eastern Standard Time).
The ideal candidate should also possess a green card or be of citizenship. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding company submittals.
This position pays $50.00 per hour on a w-2 hourly basis or $55.00 per hour on a Corp basis. The Corp rate is for independent contractors only and not third-party firms. No Visa entanglements and no H1-B holding companies.
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter/Sourcer to support hiring needs across multiple business groups. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to deliver high quality talent quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Recruiting & Sourcing:
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, social platforms, and talent search tools. Screen and assess candidates, moving them through the process with strong communication and follow through. Provide market insights on talent availability, competition, and sourcing challenges. - Candidate & Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner closely with TA and hiring managers to align on search strategy and progress. Deliver an engaging, high quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with Talent Partners and Compensation teams to support competitive offer development. - Tools, Data & Process:
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate data within Workday Recruiting (preferred) or other ATS systems. Use recruiting metrics to track pipeline health and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Support consistent recruiting processes and adherence to standards. - Pipeline & Network Development:
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Develop strong external networks within relevant functional and industry markets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- 7 years of professional‑level recruiting experience; financial services or insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
- Strong sourcing skills, including advanced search, passive‑candidate outreach, and talent‑market research.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and geographies in fast‑paced corporate or search‑firm environments.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to influence and guide hiring leaders.
- Strong assessment capabilities with sound judgment around candidate fit and hiring recommendations.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple requisitions, shifting priorities, and tight timelines.
- Proficient with ATS platforms;
Workday Recruiting strongly preferred. - Comfortable using analytics, dashboards, and reporting to monitor pipelines and inform decisions.
- Self‑driven, adaptable, and able to operate independently with minimal guidance.
