A major financial services institution is seeking a Senior Compensation Advisor to help drive innovative, data-driven compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and business consulting, working closely with HR leaders and senior stakeholders to design and implement market-leading compensation programs.

What You'll Do:Strategic Compensation Consulting
Partner with business leaders and HR partners to provide actionable compensation guidance
Deliver data-driven recommendations that influence pay decisions and talent strategy
Translate compensation analytics into clear insights for leadership
Manage projects that enhance compensation programs, policies, and processes
Drive improvements to compensation strategy, governance, and pay structures
Contribute to initiatives supporting employee engagement and recognition programs
Conduct market benchmarking and survey submissions to maintain competitive pay positioning
Perform advanced compensation analysis using Excel and HRIS tools
Leverage insights from compensation data to support leadership decision-making
Support the annual merit and incentive planning cycles
Utilize Workday reporting and configuration to improve compensation operations
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across compensation processes
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and new technologies to improve compensation analytics and workflows
Help evolve modern compensation practices through technology-enabled insights
5–7 years of compensation experience
Strong advanced Excel skills for compensation analytics
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
Ability to present compensation insights to senior leadership
Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
Preferred:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or interest in pursuing certification
Successful candidates typically come from organizations with:
Large enterprise HR environments
Financial services, consulting, or other regulated industries
Data-driven HR teams with sophisticated compensation programs
You should be comfortable combining analytical depth with strategic consulting.

Hybrid structure including:
Up to 6 weeks remote work annually
Summer Friday remote flexibility
Base Salary: $102,000 – $154,000
