* ** Essential Job Functions
**** 1. High-Potential & Leadership Development (35%)
*** Oversee the design, coordination, and delivery of a high-potential or leadership development program.
* Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure program content aligns with leadership expectations and business needs.
* Manage program logistics, learner experience, and continuous improvement efforts.
** 2. Onboarding & Learning Delivery (35%)
*** Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new employees, including facilitation of new hire orientation.
* Ensure onboarding experiences are consistent, engaging, and effective.
* Support and deliver manager onboarding and enablement programs.
** 3. Learning Technology and LMS Administration (15%)
*** Serve as owner and administrator of agilon’s Learning Management System (LMS).
* Manage learning content, assignments, enrollments, and reporting within the LMS.
* Ensure learning data accuracy, compliance tracking, and ease of use for employees and managers.
** 4. Measurement, Reporting, and Continuous Improvement (15%)
*** Track and report on key learning metrics such as participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
* Use data and learner feedback to improve learning programs and processes.
* Partner with HR and business stakeholders to support organizational learning needs.
** Qualifications
* ** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
* Workday Learning (LMS) experience preferred, including managing content, assignments, reporting, and learner workflows
* Demonstrated experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD).
* Experience facilitating learning for employee and manager audiences.
* Hands-on experience administering an LMS.
* Working knowledge of change management methodologies.
* Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.#

** Pay Range:** $87,000.00 - $Salary range shown is a guideline.
