Key Responsibilities

- Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage potential candidates for open positions.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging social media, job boards, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach to assess fit for roles.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each position.
- Develop creative strategies to attract diverse talent and expand candidate outreach.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on candidate progress.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruiting.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in sourcing or recruiting preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using:
Apploi, Outlook, Monday, Indeed
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to candidate engagement.
- A passion for connecting talent with opportunities.
