The successful candidate will embed EDI principles into organizational practices and lead cultural transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include providing guidance on HR, organizational development, and engaging with stakeholders. A degree in HR or a related field and substantial experience in EDI strategies are required.

Working hours total 36 per week, with flexibility for remote work.
