We are seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing team in a full-time, permanent position. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and is interested in developing a career in recruiting and talent acquisition. This is a fully remote position.

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our Recruiters, Business Development Managers, and Operations team
, ensuring that candidate processes run smoothly from first contact through onboarding. This role also assists with office operations and coordinating internal events.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting & Candidate Support
  • Assist candidates in completing all required documentation for engagements nationwide
  • Confirm that all candidates complete onboarding and compliance requirements within required time frames
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and ensure all documentation is properly collected and stored
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding company and candidate information
  • Onboard placements, including ordering background checks and drug tests
Recruiting Team & Operations Support
  • Play a key role in supporting the success of Recruiters and Business Development Managers
  • Provide backup support for Operations related to candidate engagements

    Assist with coordination of recruiting activities and candidate communications
  • Assist with various administrative tasks that support the overall team
  • Assist in sourcing candidates for submission to client engagements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with candidates and internal teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Basic familiarity with computers and office technology
