We are seeking candidates for an opportunity to work full time with Soul Equity as a Recruiting Coordinator. This is a great role for someone interested in a career in Executive Search. This is a remote position.

Our Recruiting Coordinator will assist with recruiting analytics, sourcing, communications, and administrative tasks for our company. More specifically duties may include handling sourcing candidates via online portals, virtual office tasks, coordinating and booking client and candidate appointments, ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts, entering data from various sources into the database and maintaining and updating that database, and ensuring candidate profiles are up to date with all relevant information.

• Work closely with Soul Equity recruiters to assist with sourcing and screening prospective candidates
• Support recruiters and the recruiting process
• Review applicant resumes as needed
• Collaborate with Soul Equity recruiters on filling searches and preparing clients for interviews
• Assist with presenting candidates to clients
• Scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews with clients
• Updating all candidate information in database for upcoming interviews
• Implement marketing strategies and post open positions
• Review and edit job descriptions
• Participate in a variety of talent acquisition and development projects
• Database maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations
• Be an integral part of the growth and culture of Soul Equity

• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite
• Passion for the recruiting industry and its best practices
• Great attitude, engaging personality, proactive learner
• Ability to work effectively on a team and independently
• Being proactive in accomplishing work goals across the firm
