Beacon Hill is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our team! This is a fully remote, direct hire recruiting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and enjoys owning the full recruiting lifecycle.

Position: Accounting & Finance Recruiter (Direct Hire)

Location: Remote (Must be authorized to work in the U.S. & currently reside in the United States)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Recruiting

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Accounting & Finance direct hire placements
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for roles including Staff Accountant, Senior Accountant, Controller, Finance Manager, Tax professionals, and more
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through Linked In, networking, referrals, and database mining
• Partner closely with sales team members to understand client needs and deliver top talent
• Provide consultative guidance to candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM and ensure a high-quality candidate experience

• 5+ years of Accounting & Finance staffing experience
• Direct hire / permanent placement recruiting experience required
• Full-desk staffing experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to source and place Accounting & Finance professionals
• Strong candidate management and relationship-building skills
• Must be authorized to work in the US and currently reside in the United States
