Creed Medical is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to fill the roles of Remote Payroll Specialist, Onboarding Specialist, and Recruitment Specialist. These positions play essential roles in supporting our human resources operations remotely, ensuring that our team is effectively managed and that new hires are seamlessly integrated into our organization. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, and maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will facilitate a smooth transition for new employees, guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources. The Recruitment Specialist will focus on attracting and selecting top talent to join our team, managing the recruitment process from sourcing to hiring. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate employee compensation
  • Oversee employee onboarding, including orientation sessions and new hire paperwork
  • Coordinate recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews
  • Maintain accurate records related to payroll, onboarding, and recruitment processes
  • Collaborate with HR team members to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and organizational policies during payroll and hiring processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience in payroll processing, recruitment, or employee onboarding
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software is a plus
