This position offers 3–5 years of clinical recruiting experience, an opportunity for temp‑to‑hire, and location at the client site in Bakersfield, CA. No degree required; remote work is possible part of the week (3 preferred days in office). This is a recruiter role. HR generalists will not be a good fit. Resumes must demonstrate successful clinical & non‑clinical placements, recruiting quotas achieved, and specific job titles successfully filled.
Qualifications- 3–5 years of clinical recruiting experience
- Experience with iCIMS or other ATS (preferred but not required)
- Ability to source clinical and non‑clinical candidates using various tools
- Experience coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
- Candidate will screen profiles, source clinical and non‑clinical candidates using various tools, and work with the hiring manager on coordinating interview.
- Opportunity for temp‑to‑hire.
