Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR analytics.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis tools and platforms such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of global recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and streamline end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple regions and industries.
  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize our platform and tools to enhance candidate experience and ensure equitable hiring practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, job boards, and recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to recruitment activities.
  • Implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and fairness of the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment and HR analytics.
