Single Quantum is currently looking for an HR Officer to join us in our mission to make the world’s fastest and most sensitive light sensors limited only by the laws of physics.

In Short Single Quantum is a company based in Delft, developing and manufacturing high-tech light sensing instruments for scientific and industrial applications. Currently we are looking for an HR Officer to facilitate our HR administration needs. You will be working closely with our HR Business Partner, as well as our Administration Officers in the Administration team.

What You Will Be Doing You can expect to be doing the following (but not restricted to):

• Handling payroll administration, work-travel & work from home allowance, contract changes and other HR-related administrative tasks;
• Taking the lead of in-company communication (e.g. monthly newsletter) and collaborating on organising (and taking part!) events;
• Support the HR Business Partner with recruiting and administrative HR tasks such as be mantaining and updating (when necessary) the company's working policies in line with the Dutch Labour Law and the collective labour agreement (CAO).

• MBO/HBO level in HR or other relevant field;
• Strong attention to details;
• Fluent in Dutch and English;
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

The following are a plus:

• Background in HR, Business Administration or similar;
• Knowledge of Dutch labour law is a big plus;
• Familiarity with CAO Metalelektro is a plus.
