Talent Manager, HR / Recruitment Consultant

Your Rewards- Salary of £31,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience (pro rata)
This is a unique opportunity for a CIPD Level 5 qualified HR professional to join our mission-led consultancy.

What You’ll Be DoingAs an HR Advisor, you will deliver expert HR support and guidance to a range of clients.
Specifically, you will lead HR projects, design and implement core frameworks, such as employee handbooks, HR policies, values and behaviour programmes, and create performance management systems to enable strong, effective workplaces.
You’ll be working with our consultancy clients and acting as a trusted advisor to support their success in a remote, client-facing capacity.
Guiding them through complex and sensitive HR matters, including investigations and salary review processes, you will provide critical advice to individuals and teams to ensure they remain compliant, effective and compassionate.
What We’re Looking For- To be a compassionate, proactive, and results-driven HR professional
- Have experience of managing end-to-end HR projects, particularly investigations and HR policy reviews
- Have experience with advising organisations on HR frameworks, compliance and best practice
- Have effective leadership skills to inspire and motivate
- Have strong IT skills, including MS Office, particularly PowerPoint for compelling and effective presentations
- Have the ability to deliver on target and to agreed deadlines
