Are you a strategic people leader who turns global HR vision into meaningful regional impact across culture, capability, and organizational health looking for a part time role? Then we’d like to hear from you!

We are HRW, a global healthcare research agency with a strong reputation for thoughtful, scientifically grounded insight. But just as importantly, we’re a collaborative, supportive team that values curiosity, quality, and people who care about the work they do.

What’s the role?

The position ensures regional alignment while supporting workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives.

This is a part‑time position for 3 days per week and the full time equivalent salary is $80,000 plus.

  • Use HR data and trends to inform decisions and shape recommendations.
  • Support the development and implementation of regional HR policies.

  • Contribute to regional and global OH projects and initiatives.
  • Support engagement activities, surveys, and policy/process guidance.

  • Ability to interpret HR metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Excellent communication and coaching capabilities.
  • Knowledge of complex ER case handling and policy development.
  • Personal resilience and the capacity to work effectively and efficiently and stay calm under pressure or if working to deadlines.
